How do I refresh my club activity in the BSD notification inbox?
In Notifications, pull down on the activity list. That calls the inbox refresh. If the screen reports Activity unavailable, use the displayed Refresh activity control to request another current observation.

Request a fresh inbox observation
The Notifications list supports pull-to-refresh. Pull down on the list to ask BSD for a new inbox observation for the current account and filter. The returned list is a snapshot of what the service makes available at that time; it is not a promise that every club interaction will have a row.
If the inbox says activity is unavailable
When activity cannot load or has changed, the screen displays Activity unavailable and offers Refresh activity. Use that control to request the list again. The app can still report an issue if the observation remains unavailable.
A refresh requests current data; it does not make a notification exist, guarantee instant delivery, or establish a background refresh schedule. This guide is limited to recorded free-club reply and like activity.
Read what the refreshed list actually shows
After the refresh completes, use the rows and status returned by the inbox. If the club item is missing, do not assume from that alone that a source action happened or that an alert reached the device. Refresh is a way to check current availability, not a delivery guarantee.
An older activity list
Suppose a member opens Notifications and the displayed activity looks old. Pulling down asks BSD for a new list. If the request fails and Activity unavailable appears, the member can use Refresh activity to ask again; neither attempt guarantees that a particular reply or like will appear.

Does refresh send a new alert?
No such promise is established here. Refresh requests a current inbox observation; it does not guarantee an alert or create a new source action.
How often does BSD refresh in the background?
The cited flow supports manual refresh and an error recovery control. It does not establish a background refresh frequency.
