Does No activity yet mean the same thing as Activity unavailable?
No. “No activity yet” is the empty state when the selected inbox view has no returned items. “Activity unavailable” appears when the inbox has an issue loading or validating its current snapshot. An empty list does not prove nobody replied or liked, and an unavailable list does not reveal what activity exists. Refresh when the unavailable message appears.

No activity yet means this view returned no items
The inbox uses “No activity yet” after loading when the selected view has no items to display. If Mentions is selected, the empty state is about mentions; if All is selected, it is about the activity returned for that inbox view. It is not an audit of every club discussion or every interaction that may have happened.
Visibility can depend on current preferences, club membership, moderation, retention, and source eligibility. Do not infer that no one replied or liked from an empty inbox alone.
- Check which inbox filter is selected.
- Describe only what the current inbox returned.
An empty list and a failed load
Imagine a fictional member first loads the All inbox successfully and sees “No activity yet.” Later, a request cannot validate its snapshot and the inbox shows “Activity unavailable.” The first describes an empty returned view; the second means the current activity could not be confirmed. Neither proves whether a particular club reply occurred.

Does “No activity yet” prove nobody liked my club post?
No. It describes the items returned for the selected inbox view, not every interaction or eligibility condition.
What should I do when activity is unavailable?
Use Refresh activity to request the current inbox again. The label itself does not reveal why the earlier request failed.
