Why can History label an available entry Saved partial Grade?
History labels an available entry Saved partial Grade when the saved report carries a partial research status. The entry still exists in the advice history with its report identity and timing fields; partial describes the saved research status, not whether the bet is partly settled. It does not guarantee that more research will complete or describe a different Grade scoring design.

Partial comes from the report status
Each advice entry has a researchStatus value, such as complete or partial. The History card uses that value to choose between Saved Grade and Saved partial Grade.
The label is therefore about the status recorded for the saved research artifact. It does not say that the advice entry is absent: History is displaying an available report entry with its timing and identity fields.
It is not a bet outcome
A partial research status is separate from whether a ticket is open, settled, won, lost, or unknown. Do not read the word partial as a settlement result or as a fraction of a wager.
The label also does not promise that missing research will resume or eventually become complete. It describes the status currently carried by the saved report.
Review the saved entry and its limits
History can show available details and timing for the saved entry while preserving the partial status. Review the actual available report content and its stated limitations rather than assuming the label contains a full analysis.
A partial label does not imply a different Grade scoring method. It only reflects the research status recorded for that entry.
An available partial research entry
Hypothetically, History returns a saved advice entry with a report digest, availability time, and researchStatus set to partial. The card says Saved partial Grade. That means a report entry is present with partial research status; it says nothing about ticket settlement or future completion.

No. Partial describes the report's research status, not the ticket's settlement.
Will the partial report automatically finish later?
