Why can History show settled results but no ROI percentage when amounts are incomplete?
A result can be settled even when its record lacks a complete realized-profit and cash-risk pair. History calculates return on paired risk only from records with both amounts available; it does not fill a missing amount with zero. When no usable pair or positive risk total is available, the percentage is unavailable, while the detail view shows how many complete pairs were used and how many settled records were excluded.

Return on risk needs two known amounts
The return-on-cash-risk calculation needs both realized profit and cash risk for a record. A settlement result alone does not provide those amounts, and knowing only one side is not enough to complete the pair.
History keeps separate coverage counts for each figure. Details can show a known net subtotal, known and missing cash-risk amounts, and the number of complete pairs used for return.
Missing data is not treated as zero
If a record lacks profit or risk, History excludes it from the paired calculation and counts it as an excluded settled record. It does not reconstruct sportsbook amounts or turn unknown risk into zero risk.
If there are no complete pairs, the currency is unknown, or the aggregate cash-risk denominator is zero, the percentage cannot be calculated. Settled results can still be shown.
- A complete pair has both realized profit and cash risk.
- Incomplete settled records are counted as excluded from the paired percentage.
- Unavailable ROI is not a zero-percent return and does not imply zero risk.
Check coverage beside the percentage
The detailed summary labels the measure Return on paired risk and shows complete-pair and excluded-record counts. This tells you which records support the calculation.
When some records are excluded but complete pairs remain, the percentage is based on those pairs. Do not generalize it to records with missing amounts or treat missing values as a loss, win, or zero.
Settled results with incomplete amounts
Hypothetically, three settled records appear in one window. One has both realized profit and cash risk; the other two each lack one amount. Return on paired risk can use the one complete pair and show two excluded records. If none has a usable pair, the percentage is unavailable although all three outcomes are settled.

Does no ROI mean every record had zero profit?
No. It means History could not calculate return from a usable profit-and-risk pair or positive risk total. Missing amounts are not converted to zero.
Can History show settled outcomes without ROI?
Yes. Settlement outcomes and amount coverage are separate; records can be settled while the return percentage is unavailable.
