What do Mixed and Other mean in a History league breakdown?

History derives one league label for a record by checking each leg's supported league or sport metadata. Other means no recognized league label was found. Mixed means the record resolves to multiple distinct league labels, except a single recognized league plus Other is displayed under the recognized league. The breakdown labels the record once; it does not count each leg as a separate wager or infer a league from a team name.

Other means the metadata did not resolve

For each leg, History checks its league and sport identifiers against the labels the app recognizes. If neither resolves to a supported name, that leg receives the Other label.

If no recognized label exists across the record, the breakdown uses Other. It means the available identifiers did not map to a supported league label; it does not guess from the teams or events.

Mixed means the record spans distinct labels

History gathers the labels from the record's legs and creates one group label. If the set contains multiple distinct recognized leagues, it uses Mixed rather than assigning the record to several league rows.

There is one special case: one recognized league together with Other resolves to the recognized league. If the labels still contain multiple distinct names, including Other, the record is Mixed.

The split groups a record, not each leg

The league breakdown operates on saved records. A multi-leg record receives one derived label for its set of leg metadata; it is not expanded into one wager per leg for the split.

Use Mixed and Other as grouping descriptions. They do not indicate the quality of the ticket, the event result, or a league inferred from a team name.

Recognized and unknown league metadata

Hypothetically, one record has legs tagged with two recognized leagues, so it is grouped as Mixed. Another has one recognized league and one leg without supported league metadata, so it keeps the recognized label. A record whose legs all have unrecognized metadata appears as Other.

Related questions

Does Other mean a league is not real?

No. It means the available league or sport metadata did not map to a recognized label in this breakdown.

Does Mixed create a separate bet for every leg?

No. The record gets one group label derived from its legs; the breakdown does not turn each leg into a separate wager.
