What should I do when my BSD Grade is processing or needs a retry?
Check the existing request before starting another analysis. Queued or Researching means the saved job is still active; Check request status means BSD needs to reconcile your previous request. A report-loading error calls for a loading retry, while a stopped job calls for reviewing the saved ticket and its message. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.

Return to Grade and look for the current run, or open All your Grades and select the matching saved analysis. Check the picks, sportsbook and time so you follow the request you already started.
The saved-analysis screen distinguishes Queued, Researching, Complete, Inconclusive, Research stopped, Cancelled and Time limit reached. A screen waiting to load a saved report is different from research still running. Read the message before choosing a retry.
- Queued or Researching: use the existing run and return for its saved result.
- Check request status: check that request before attempting another analysis.
- Can't open: use Check saved Grade to retry retrieving the saved report.
- Research stopped, Cancelled or Time limit reached: read the available explanation and open the original ticket if you need to review it.
You can leave a running analysis and return
The saved-analysis view explains that research continues after you leave the screen and that you can return for the saved result. Use Check status to request an updated status. Opening the original ticket lets you inspect the saved input; it is not itself a new research run.
An uncertain request message is a reason to check the previous attempt, not proof that nothing started. Avoid repeatedly initiating research while BSD is still checking that attempt. A status refresh and a new Grade are different actions.
A retry can reload information without regrading
If saved analyses could not be checked, use the list's retry or reload control. If one saved report could not open, use Check saved Grade. These controls retry reading existing information. They do not mean the report has issued a new verdict.
If research options could not load, use the displayed Retry control. If the message says the slip changed or the quote expired, reopen the ticket and review the current inputs before starting again. For a capacity or temporary-pause message, follow that message's wait instruction rather than treating every failure as a connection problem.
A new analysis may have its own research-unit requirements. Do not assume that starting again is free, that a stopped analysis used no units, or that every incomplete attempt receives a refund. Read the actual allowance, quote and status shown for your request.
A completed report and the Doctor's reply can arrive separately
A Grade can complete before its associated Doctor message appears in the conversation. If the report is available, open that report rather than starting another analysis just to obtain the chat reply. The app checks for the matching delayed Doctor message; this is not a promise that every reply arrives within a fixed time.
When the saved status remains unclear or the same opening error returns, use BSD support. Include the device, approximate time, exact message and whether the problem affects the saved list, a report or the Doctor conversation. A screenshot can help; keep unrelated account and payment details out of it.
Illustrative recovery example: the report cannot open
Imagine an analysis remains in All your Grades, but selecting it shows Can't open. Choose Check saved Grade to retry reading that existing report. If it still fails, record the message for support. Starting fresh research would answer a different operational question and is not the first step for this loading error. This is a hypothetical example, not a customer incident or a guarantee of recovery.

Is Inconclusive the same as a losing bet?
No. It is an analysis state, not a sportsbook settlement. Inspect the saved explanation and any available report; it does not determine the event's outcome.
Should I keep tapping Grade until something happens?
Check the existing request and its saved status first. BSD can explicitly ask you to check the previous request before starting another. Use the action for the problem shown rather than repeatedly requesting new research.
