What is BetSlip Doctor?
Entertainment and educational decision support only. This is not financial or gambling advice, does not guarantee outcomes, and should never be used to try to win back prior losses. Bet responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can use the free Quick Checks and browse the iPhone app without registering. Sign in to a BSD account to use saved research in the web workspace. You can choose a subscription in the iPhone app or on this website; the billing provider depends on where you subscribe.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
For an iPhone subscription billed by Apple, manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or in the App Store under your account). For a web subscription billed by Stripe, sign in to your BSD account and choose Manage subscription to open the billing portal. Canceling stops renewal; access continues through the paid period. If you cannot open your account, email support.
How do I get a refund?
For an App Store purchase billed by Apple, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds for Apple-billed charges directly. For a web charge or help identifying your billing provider, email us at support@betslipdoctor.ai and we’ll help you find the right path.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account to erase your data. You can also email support@betslipdoctor.ai to request deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Apple billing in iOS Settings or web billing through the Stripe portal as described above.
The app shows an error or a purchase won’t go through
For an iPhone purchase, first check your App Store account and payment method. If an iPhone purchase or web checkout still fails, email support@betslipdoctor.ai with the purchase channel, your device if relevant, and a screenshot of the error.
