What should I check if I lose club access before an event starts?

First confirm that you are signed into the account that belongs to the club and check your current access to the club itself. An earlier RSVP or saved event link is not proof that you can still view current club content. If you regain access, reopen the event details to check its time, status, and link. If the event remains unavailable, ask the club owner/admin whether your access or the event changed. Do not assume a paid entitlement, refund, or exception based on an earlier RSVP; this guide does not make a billing or access promise.

Confirm the account and current club access

Make sure the current session uses the account that has access to the club. Then check whether the club itself is visible to you now; a previously saved event URL may not reflect current authorization.

Use the current event details

If the club is available, reopen the event and check whether its time, status, or link changed. If the event or club is still unavailable, contact the club owner/admin through a channel the club already provides. An RSVP records a response, not an override to current club access.

A prior RSVP and a changed account session

In a hypothetical case, someone marks “going” to an event, signs out, then returns under a different account and cannot open the event. The old RSVP does not prove that the new session has club access. They verify the account and current membership, then ask the club owner/admin if access is still unclear.

Does an RSVP keep event access after club access changes?

Do not assume so. RSVP status and current club-content access are separate. Check the current account and club access, then ask the owner/admin if needed.
