What happens to my Doctor question if an access or upgrade screen interrupts it?
If Doctor's access check interrupts a send, the question may be held in the current screen while access is unresolved. That hold is not a quote, accepted consultation or completed research. If access later allows the send while Doctor is active in the same account and chat, the app can resume it only when the draft text still matches the held question. Editing the text, changing chats or leaving the session means you should not expect automatic submission. This does not promise a plan price, checkout result or restored eligibility. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.
For BSD readers whose Doctor question is interrupted by an access prompt. · Updated
An access prompt pauses the proposed question
Doctor checks access before quoting and starting a new message. If that check does not allow the request, the text may be kept as a held question while the access prompt is shown. It has not become an accepted consultation or an answer in progress.
Automatic resume depends on the same context and text
The current Doctor flow can resume a held request when access becomes allowed, the screen and account are still current, and the same conversation and unchanged question remain selected. The draft and held request are checked together before the send resumes.
If you edit the draft, select another chat or change accounts, do not assume Doctor will send the old text for you.
A prompt does not promise payment or restored access
This describes the held-message behavior only. It does not state current plan pricing, promise that a checkout is available, or guarantee that an access change will succeed. Once the app resumes the send, the normal consent, quote and funding checks still apply.
Hypothetical example: keep the question unchanged
Suppose an access prompt appears after you type a question in a Doctor chat. If access later becomes allowed in the same active account and chat, and the draft still contains exactly that question, the app may resume it. If you rewrite the question or switch conversations, do not expect the held version to send. No purchase or consultation success is implied. This is a synthetic access-flow example.

Does the access screen mean Doctor already accepted my question?
No. The app checks access before quoting and starting the new Doctor turn. A held question is still only proposed text.
Will Doctor send it if I change the question while the prompt is open?
Do not count on automatic resume after editing. The held request resumes only when the current draft and conversation still match it.
