What happens to my unsent Doctor question when I open a Grade or briefly switch apps?

If Doctor stays mounted in the same account and chat, an unsent question can remain in the composer while you open its linked Grade or briefly switch away and back. The draft is kept in app memory, not written to storage. It is tied to the account generation and conversation, so changing accounts or chats can leave it behind. Because it is not saved for recovery, do not rely on it surviving an app termination or cold restart. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.

A brief interruption does not itself send the question

Typing in Doctor creates a draft. Opening the linked Grade or briefly leaving the app does not turn that draft into a Doctor request. If the same Doctor screen remains mounted, the text can stay in the composer when you return to the same conversation.

Before leaving, check that the text is still in the expected chat. Sending is a separate action.

The draft belongs to its account and chat

Doctor keeps the draft associated with the verified account generation and the conversation where it was typed. Returning to that same chat can restore the matching text; switching accounts or selecting another chat does not transfer it into the new context.

Do not count on recovery after the app closes

The draft is held in memory and is not written to storage. That makes a brief interruption different from terminating and reopening the app: there is no cold-start recovery or cross-device synchronization promise for an unsent question. If the text matters, keep a copy before closing the app.

Hypothetical example: return to the same Doctor chat

Suppose you type a question in a Doctor conversation, open that conversation's saved Grade, then return to the same chat before closing the app. The draft may still be in the composer because the account and chat have not changed. If you terminate the app first, do not expect that unsent text to be restored. This is a synthetic navigation example, not a real account or Grade result.

Does opening a Grade automatically send my draft?

No. Opening the saved report is separate from sending the text in Doctor's composer.

Will the draft return after I force-close Doctor?

There is no such recovery promise. Draft text is held in memory and is not written to storage.
