What does Stop do while a Doctor reply is appearing?
It depends on what is still happening. If Doctor has already saved the reply and is revealing it on screen, Stop ends that display effect; the saved answer remains and appears in full. If a Doctor job is still active, Stop requests cancellation through the conversation flow. That is not a promise of immediate server cancellation, deletion or refund, and it does not cancel a separate Grade job. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.

During the reveal, Stop affects how the saved reply is shown
A finished Doctor reply can be revealed in stages after it has arrived. While that animation is active, Stop clears the reveal state. The message remains saved and the renderer shows the full reply rather than leaving it partly drawn.
During active work, Stop requests cancellation
If the Doctor job is still running, Stop calls the conversation cancellation flow and then refreshes the displayed state. Cancellation is a request to the running Doctor turn; the button does not promise that the server will stop immediately.
Stop is not delete, refund or Grade cancellation
Stopping a reveal does not erase the answer. Requesting cancellation of a Doctor turn does not delete a saved report, guarantee a refund or cancel a separate Grade job. Check the resulting conversation state before deciding what to ask next.
Hypothetical example: a reply is typing onto the screen
Suppose Doctor has finished its turn and a saved answer is appearing with a reveal effect. Tapping Stop ends the effect and shows the complete saved answer. If the status instead shows an active Doctor job, Stop requests cancellation of that turn; wait for the refreshed state rather than assuming an instant stop. This is a synthetic display example, not a real analysis.

Will Stop remove an answer that is already appearing?
No. When the saved reply is only being revealed, Stop ends the animation and the full saved text remains visible.
Does Stop cancel the Grade too?
No such promise is made. The running-job action cancels the Doctor turn; a separate Grade job has its own state and controls.
