How do Learning, Technical and Roast change a Doctor conversation?
Learning, Technical and Roast are choices in Doctor's Reply style menu. Pick one to set the style sent with a Doctor message; it changes the requested framing, not the underlying saved Grade or evidence. The labels do not promise a particular explanation, joke or result, and a style choice does not bypass the usual access, consent or funding checks. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.

Choose a reply style in Doctor's menu
Open the Doctor chat menu and look for Reply style. The control offers Learning, Technical and Roast. Choose the label that best fits how you would like the next reply framed, then ask your question as usual.
The selection is a response-style preference carried with the Doctor request. It is separate from the question's source and from the saved Grade.
- Choose a style before sending the question you want it applied to.
- If Doctor is already replying, the style control is disabled until that turn is no longer running.
- Use the message itself to specify the exact detail you need; the style label is not a substitute for a clear question.
Style changes the reply request, not the Grade
These options are presented as reply styles, not Grade settings or research modes. Selecting a different label does not rewrite a completed report, change the evidence it records or alter an event outcome. Keep the same source and question in view when comparing replies.
Treat the label as a preference, not a guarantee
The selected style does not guarantee a specific joke, level of detail or answer quality. It also does not guarantee that a request can proceed: Doctor's existing access, consent and funding checks still apply. If a fact matters, ask for it directly and check the underlying report or source.
Hypothetical example: keep one question and choose its framing
Suppose you want Doctor to explain a limitation already shown in a saved Grade. You keep that question and source, then select Learning, Technical or Roast as the reply style before sending. The requested framing may differ, but the saved Grade and its underlying evidence do not change. No particular wording or punchline is promised. This is a synthetic example, not a real report or betting outcome.
