If I delete a Doctor conversation, does that also delete my Grade or saved memory?
No. Deleting a Doctor conversation removes that chat and its private processing copies from active storage. Deletion targets the conversation

Separate records are not the conversation
The deletion response identifies saved tickets, Grade reports, saved memory and minimal billing records as separate from the chat. The confirmation surface also calls out that tickets and Grades stay. Conversation deletion is not a request to erase the account or those separate records.
Do not treat chat deletion as a universal recall
The deletion contract describes removal from active storage. It does not promise to retrieve a prior export, clipboard copy or text you already pasted elsewhere. If you need to remove another saved item, use that item's own controls.
