How do I use the follow-up questions below a Doctor reply?
When a completed Doctor reply has useful next questions, BSD may show up to three cards drawn from that reply. Tap one to send its question as another Doctor message in the conversation. Cards are filtered for duplicates and for questions that repeat the original ask or the reply itself, so they will not appear under every answer. Choosing one starts the regular Doctor send flow, with the usual access and consent checks. It is not an automatic answer or a promise of free research. A Grade is a second opinion, not a pick.

Tapping a card requests another Doctor turn
Selecting a card sends its question through the ordinary Doctor message flow. It does not make the answer appear automatically: Doctor still has to accept and process that new request. Existing access, consent, quote and funding gates continue to apply.
Keep the follow-up connected to its source
The suggestion is associated with the reply that supplied it. If that reply or its source is no longer current, Doctor can stop the stale suggestion and ask you to choose an updated card. Treat the card as a convenient next question, not proof that new research has already happened.
Hypothetical example: ask for the next explanation
Suppose a completed Doctor answer offers a card asking to show the price math. If that is the detail you want, tap the card to request that follow-up in the same Doctor conversation. The tap starts a new message request; it does not revise the earlier answer or guarantee that another answer will be available without the usual checks. This is a synthetic example, not a real ticket or research result.

Should every Doctor reply have follow-up cards?
No. Cards appear only when the completed reply contains eligible questions that remain after duplicate and repeat filtering.
Does tapping a follow-up card make Doctor answer automatically?
No. It submits a new Doctor message through the usual access and consent flow; the card itself is only the question you are choosing to ask.
