Is Top 30d ranked by net units, ROI or win count?
The Tail Top 30d order is based on net units over the past 30 days, not ROI or win count. It orders the eligible featured records in the current returned snapshot by descending last-30-day net units; it is not an all-time ranking of every bettor.
For BSD readers interpreting the Tail Top 30d leaderboard · Updated
Net units set the order
The Tail leaderboard labels the view as past 30 days ranked by net units. The current showcase data is checked so leaders are in descending order by their last30.units value. ROI and W-L-P counts may appear alongside a record, but those display fields do not replace the ranking measure.
A higher ROI does not necessarily put a record first if its net-unit total is lower. Likewise, more wins do not determine the order when the net-unit values place that record lower.
Net units, ROI and win count are separate
Net units show the recorded unit result. ROI is calculated from units divided by units staked. W-L-P counts summarize the number of wins, losses and pushes. The leaderboard may show all three, so read the column or label for each measure rather than treating them as synonyms.
To interpret a displayed record, check that you are looking at the 30-day period, then read net units as the sort key. Use ROI and counts as separate context, not as another explanation for the row's position.
The list covers eligible featured records
The current showcase parser accepts a limited set of leaders and requires their records to be verified with positive 30-day net units. The leaderboard rules describe the eligibility threshold and explain that positive records are featured. A missing name does not establish that every record was compared or that the person has no history.
The order describes the current returned showcase snapshot. It does not promise a future position, rank every BSD reader or forecast a result.
Illustrative example: more wins do not override net units
Imagine two fictional eligible rows in the same returned 30-day snapshot. One has the higher net-unit total, while the other has more wins or a higher ROI. The row with more net units appears first because that is the stated sort key. This comparison is hypothetical and describes no real cappers, records or performance.

Can a record with higher ROI appear below another record?
Yes. The Top 30d order is based on net units, while ROI is a separate measure based on units staked. A higher ROI does not override a lower net-unit total.
Does Top 30d include every BSD bettor?
The view uses eligible featured records in its current returned snapshot. It should not be read as an all-time ranking of every bettor or as proof that an unlisted person has no record.
