Why should I open a profile instead of judging a capper only by the featured leaderboard?

The featured leaderboard is a filtered subset of verified records with positive 30-day units, not a representative sample or recommendation. A profile can show the selected record's all-time and 30-day summaries, weekly or daily values, recent form and whether the available history includes uncertified results. Open it for context, while remembering that the record remains bounded to data BSD has available.

For BSD readers evaluating a capper from the Tail leaderboard · Updated

The featured list is selected by eligibility and result

Tail discovery includes verified records with settled, positive net units over the last 30 days. When enough records qualify, it returns a limited ordered set of leaders. That filter leaves out records that do not meet the conditions, so the featured list is not a representative sample of every capper.

A rank describes the selected list's current ordering. It is not a BSD recommendation or a promise about future performance.

The profile shows more of the selected record

The profile summary can switch between the record's last 30 days and all-time totals, and it presents net units, ROI when available, W-L-P counts and risk separately. It can also show weekly or recent-form chips that are filtered out of the compact view.

When the available record is not verified, the profile labels it Recorded results and says Includes uncertified history. Even an all-time summary is limited to recorded data; it does not certify undisclosed bets or guarantee a complete off-platform history.

  • Open the selected profile to inspect its available all-time and 30-day summaries.
  • Read the verification or uncertified-history label with the figures.
  • Treat the leaderboard as discovery, not as a recommendation or full market comparison.

Illustrative example: a selected period is not the whole record

Imagine a fictional record qualifies for the leaderboard because its verified 30-day units are positive. On the profile, the all-time period may tell a different story, or the record may carry an Includes uncertified history notice. Opening the profile adds context that the positive 30-day leader row cannot show by itself. This example describes no real capper or performance.
